Bulk WMA to MP4 Converter
Hey,

Friend of mine has just switched to Mac. He has a music library in Windows Media Player on the PC which wont work when he tried to import them into iTunes.

What is the best way for him to convert them into mp3's so he can use them on his new Mac. Is there a way to bulk convert them. I was thinking Automator but I'm unsure of its uses and limits?

Any ideas?

itunes for windows will convert them if they are still sitiing on a windows machine

there is a really good free one ive used before
i think its called switch

iTunes really. So I could load iTunes on his windows machine - drag all the files in there and they will convert, and then transfer the iTunes library over to the mac. I can see that working. Thanks mate. Can anyone confirm this will work?

yep. should work a treat. Windows iTunes gives you the option whereas mac iTunes doesn't.
