If the iPod touch update is any indication, each app will be downloadable through iTunes and will cost $5 US. For us normal folk, we're not interested in when the SDK arrives per se, rather when the apps are written and Apple actually begins to distribute them.

Next week is the GSMA Mobile World Conference in Barcelona Spain.

Apple will be there and making some big announcements.

Where did you see this? I can't find any reference to it, and Apple's not on the exhibitor list.
