ipod nano occupied space problem
I have a strange problem. A colleague left her nano at a friend's house while on holiday and it appears she used something to take the music from the nano to her PC. Prior to that my colleague had been synching her Nano with her work PC (which I maintain) without a problem. Now when she tries it appears to go through the synching motions in itunes but on the ipod itself there is only one song. When checking whether there was enough space on her nano i noticed itunes showed most of the space was taken up with 'other'. She only synchs music, not photos or movies. I have tried all the reset options I know but the problem persists. Has her (soon to be ex I suspect) friend killed her nano or is it something obvious? Can anyone shed light on this? My colleague is using the latest PC tunes on a (I think) 120GB nano.

It's probably best to do a complete format of the disk. Whatever she did to it messed it up.
