I assume you're talking about iPod socks, and not those for your foots....

I'm going to assume you mean iPod socks, because you can pick cheap foot socks up in Target for like $5.

I can't say I've seen iPod socks available for much cheaper than Apple sells them. Maybe try dump bins when department stores or even Next Byte have sales - I often see some good stuff on sale in Next Byte's dump bins.

What about buying one of the myriad of mobile phone socks you can get and just putting your iPod in that... surely with all the sizes available you'll come across one the right size and colour you like...

I have used baby socks for my mobile phone for years now, even before mobile phone socks came out. They strech to fit different sizes pretty well also.
