Hi everyone,

Have had an iPod (colour screen 40GB) for a few years now and never had any problem syncing from iTunes, Address Book, iPhoto & iCal. Recently, had to reset iPod to factory defaults as some songs were corrupted and since then haven't been able to sync contacts and calendars - syncs music and photos perfectly. iTunes says it is syncing them but nothing is actually synced into the iPod. Tried different Firewire plug in point on iMac. Under Contacts it shows two choices "Instructions" which provides instructions to sync using iSync (don't know why as haven't done it this way and seems to only be for older iTunes and OSX) and "Sample". I have reset the iPod a couple of times since - no go.

Any advice would be appreciated. I love have all my contacts in my iPod - has saved me many times.

Using:
- iMac G5 PPC with OSX 10.4.10
- iTunes 7.3.1
- iPod colour screen 40GB, software 1.2.1 (says this is the latest)
