ipod amnesty bin

Microsoft zune HQ now has an ipod amnesty bin. I might offer to empty it for them!

It looks pretty empty for such a big box.

What were they expecting?

Looks Like a setup. Bet those iPods belong to the staff and they take them home every night.

Funny thing is, when they put the bin there they had it filled to the brim...

Cheers
Steffen.

There are still more iPods in the box than the number of Zunes that've been sold.

I actually found it amusing :-) After all the Windows bashing MS have copped from Apple in the last few months with the "I'm a Mac/PC" ads, its good to see someone in their marketing department has a bit of courage to go on the offensive :-)

Would have worked better though with more iPods.....they almost got it right

This was a great response on that link

You know what ...
We should create a " Windows Amnesty Bin" ... I'm pretty sure the bin will be full in a few minutes ... full of Windows 98, NT4, XP and of course Vista ...
