Ripping DVD for Ipod

I have been trying to convert some DVD files over to my IPod video. On using Handbrake(0.7.1) it seems to only find the first item on the DVD and doesn't give me the option for choosing what episode I want to rip. Any help would be appreciated. Maybe someone knows of a better software package than Handbrake for this work? The DVD's I have been trying are typically 4 or 5 short 1/2 hr episodes on the one DVD so I would like to get more than the first episode.

Thanks.

Are you using the latest beta? It requires you to rip the DVD first using Mac the Ripper. The upside is, it does the new 640x baseline low-complexity codec.

Thanks for the replies. I have been getting Handbrake to work now, - Must have been doing something wrong I guess. Have had one queer quirk happening though - when I have the clip in I tunes 6 and update the Ipod it was putting in a new clip and deleting the old one??? anyone experienced this. I have the Ipod set up to update selected movies.
