Leopard Disk permissions

Ok I have all this stuff in Leopard I can not repair with disk utility. Today I installed OnyX hoping it might do some magic. I had similar issue when I first did an upgrade to Leopard. I contacted Apple and they said others had same issue and were investigating. Finally I got tired of waiting so I did a ground up install of Leopard and everything was sweet. Then over time and updates we now have bung permissions that disk utility cant fix. Everything is working, so one would say dont worry.

Here is what I have issue with:

Started verify/repair permissions on disk disk2s3 Leopard HD
Permissions differ on "System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.usbmuxd.plist", should be -rw-r--r-- , they are -rwxr-xr-x
ACL found but not expected on "Applications/Utilities/ODBC Administrator.app"
Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/Finder.app/Contents/Resources/OwnerGroupTool" has been modified and will not be repaired
Warning: SUID file "usr/bin/lppasswd" has been modified and will not be repaired
ACL found but not expected on "Applications/Utilities/Podcast Capture.app"
Group differs on "private/etc/cups", should be 0, group is 26
Permissions differ on "private/var/spool/cups/cache/rss", should be drwxr-xr-x , they are drwxrwxr-x

Finished verify/repair permissions on disk disk2s3 Leopard HD

Any suggestion to fix would be kindly appreciated.

Uh, have you tried running the Fix Permissions from Disk Utility while booting from the Leopard DVD?
Maybe the files are in use and can't be repaired...
