Website builder for windows?

Hi all,

Im after a website builder for windows. The easier to use the better. Its for my sisters uni assignment, so It has to be able to be saved to USB.

Tell her to have a look at Microsoft Expression Web - it's the replacement for the very long in the tooth FrontPage. Best move though would be to invest in an *education licence* copy of Dreamweaver it's only a couple of hundred bucks and only a few hundred more for a Creative Suite Web license (with a few other nifty apps as well)

I'm just going to say run to Dreamweaver.. it's probably one of the best out their to build websites on mac or pc.
