You'd need to not discuss it with anyone-still the SDK is covered by a NDA.

The NDA dissuades people from discussing the features of the SDK itself, not the design or implementation of any program that may be written for the iPhone/Touch.

Yeah, read the NDA it doesn't stop people discussing design or creativity. If it did it would mean it would stop development due to secrecy.
