This looks fantastic.
For those of us who are heavy VOIP users it'd be pretty fantastic to have a NodeFone charge 'balance' in the menu bar, too.
Dunno how feasible it is and put it way down the list, but it'd be something I'd use, anyway.

Well, it looks like there's no API for TPG. Usually programs just log in and scrape the data from the page. Damn.
Oh well, maybe I should look at an ISP that does have an API

Internode Rules, and now so does this little utility. Great work. It's definitely replacing my old Internode Widget.

Awesome, thanks! Have a dashboard widget, but now I have this in the menu bar, which is better! Thanks a bunch!

Nah, can't do Internode, they only offer Naked DSL 2+ at my exchange, can't go naked cause I need the fax line. That and they charge way too much to justify going naked. I'll just have to live with the dream

Awesome! Thanks for building this!
A few suggestions:
- Ability to turn off the Indicator icons so it just shows the text, eg, "90.5%"
- New menu entry: 'Used today' - to show how much you have used today
- New menu entry: 'Day Allowance' - This is remaining Quota divided by days until roll over
- Match the clocks text. Should be smaller (13pt?) and Lucida Grande Bold.

Good suggestions, all easy to implement. In 1.1 I will be losing the one NSMenuItem per item and using my own custom view in a NSMenuItem that will draw the information in a (hopefully) attractive format along with the usage history pulled from internode. The menu looks a bit daft having it select items but not having them do anything, and they take up too much space to display what they display.
Already have most of it prototyped, its just a matter of hacking together the finished classes tonight.
This project has turned out to be an awesome way to learn cocoa. I've learned all about managing menus, views, drawing in views, network code, delegation, attractive preference panels, objective-c isms, all kinds of useful things.

Great stuff Chrome, good job. Saves me having to flick to the Dashboard (not that it was very difficult...), but prefer the in-menu tool.
Cheers!

If you need any inspiration for a nice way to do the custom views in the NSMenuItem, check out iSlayer.com
Love their MenuExtra implementations.

Yup, I want to do something like that, but its not as easy as it looks. Still, am working on it.

Ration would implement everything I've been looking at implementing, and more. Neat! Still working on my thing though. Its good practice.
Got the text rendering working. Need to work on a class to draw a graph in the blank area And then I need to work out how to draw a regular menu item with an NSGradient background.
Baby steps
