Business software

Does anyone know of a good software program that can integrate some things. I am looking for a pro-forma type template to quote with, then match it into a database, and then issue the quote. Then be able to bill with it. Is there such an all-in-one beast for Mac? Or even a couple of programs that can integrate and merge into each other. This is for a friend of mine that owns a Medical Event company.

Sounds like Filemaker, but this isn't my area so I'm not sure if there's something more suitable. Probably not... I hear great things about Filemaker.

Version 9 has just been released too.

There's Bento. Might be worth trying.

Filemaker for sure can do this. You can get templates already for a variety of business functions and depending on your level of expertise either do it yourself or pay someone else to customise it for you.
Some very impressive results can be achieved with Filemaker and it is also cross platform.
A look at the Apple site will point you in the right direction.

kristian also has a good suggestion... Bento. It's the baby version of Filemaker. Might be easier to use as long as it does enough.
