Hotkeys for dialog boxes
This may be a stupid question but for the life of me I cant figure out how to use dialog boxes with the keyboard.

For example when I hit the power button on my MBP I get 4 buttons.
Restart
Sleep
Cancel
Shutdown

The "shutdown" button is highlighted in blue and if I want to shut down I just hit the enter key.
Likewise, the escape key works for "cancel"
But what if I want to restart. How do I select the restart button using just the keyboard.

On winblows machines you have hotkeys as well as the ability to be able to tab through the elements of the dialog box till you come to the one you want. How can I do this on OSX

Tab cycles through, Return hits the button with the blue center, and Space hits the button with the blue halo (the "focus").
