Safari 3 & Laserjet dilemma
I use an HP Laserjet 4650 and it's been misbehaving since I've installed Safari 3 as part of OSX 10.4.11. When I try to print from Safari, it 'hangs' and a printer restart either fixes it or gives me an error message (49.2FCC Service Error). If I get the latter, I have to restart again once or twice. When I print from another app, there's no problem. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I simply reinstall Safari 2? How do I go about doing this?

Try using Firefox instead.
You could also wipe Safari 3 and reinstall Safari 2 from your install CD's and do a custom install.
