Exclamation HELP! Quicktime Pro recording problem

I was recording a video using quicktime pro, but my macbook's battery dead during the recording, when I turn on the computer again the 'movie.mov' is on my desktop. however when I click it, it tells me "You do not have sufficient permissions for this operation." and it says zero KB in info while I have recorded for like 58MB .

Is there anyway I can recover it? It is a very important video to me, I cannot lose it
