ichat leopard to tiger problem - HELP
hey all.

since installing leopard on my dad's iMac G5 iChat has stopped working properly.

we can do text messages but video chats wont work.

we have tried to video chat with my sister in london and also to my MBP (using bonjour) both running tiger but an error box comes up.

i have checked the connection doctor capabilities and it says it can do 1-on-1 video chat.

any help will be appreciated

yeah ... i had a similiar problem with tiger to leopard ...

couldn't open a 3-way chat ( 2 x leopard + 1 x tiger )
My connection doctor said not enough bandwidth ...
we all had at least a 1.5MB net link???

yeah, the way its looking its a clean install and going back to tiger.

1.5MB both ways?!?!
Isn't just the download speed you need to have but also the upload speed.
Min 384KB upload from memory.

my leopard G5 is up to date, and my Macbook Pro is running 10.4.10 not 11

i cannot run 10.4.11 because i run pro tools which says no later than 10.4.9
