Disk Utility Repair HD

Came up with this when trying to verify volume

Verifying volume “Macintosh HD”
Checking HFS Plus volume.
Checking Extents Overflow file.
Checking Catalog file.
Incorrect number of thread records
Checking multi-linked files.
Checking Catalog hierarchy.
Checking Extended Attributes file.
Checking volume bitmap.
Volume Bit Map needs minor repair
Checking volume information.
Invalid volume free block count
(It should be 30790985 instead of 30789230)
The volume Macintosh HD needs to be repaired.

Mounting Disk

1 HFS volume checked
Volume needs repair

What should i do? can not click repair disk as it is grayed out
