Not sure.
One way to test is to Uninstall Elements, have Safari 3 on your system, and attempt a re-install.**
This goes for all Adobe Cs3(time wise) products. So far all Cs3 Suite programs cannot move past the installer. Adobe knows this, but has not released a fix.
**If it does not work, you will need to run the Safari 3 uninstaller, which you can find in the Original Safari 3 download from Apple. Then re-install elements, then re-install Safari 3.

Either that, or they'll ask us to wait for CS4.

Heehee! four years ago I needed to install Visual Studio (on XP, on VPC) on my older iMac (733mhz) for a uni project and that took over 33 hours to install!
Me thinks I'm going to wait it out for 10.5.1

With adobe i wouldnt count it out
Everyone should send them an email if they dont release a patch in the next day or so. They have known about this issue for months and appear to have done nothing about it

I'll be buying Pixelmator if Photoshop CS1 doesn't work under Leopard.
I value having the best OS over having Adobe software. I'm sure others feel the same way.

Does this sound like an option. Fresh install leopard, then delete Safari 3, install CS3, install Safari 3?

Unlikely. You would have issues removing Safari from Leopard (the CS3 installed is not complaining about the .app in your Applications folder, it's complaining about the rest of the Safari 3 components elsewhere is your system [likely WebKit components.])

Sambo, I think a better option is backup, clean install of tiger (with safari 2), restore (including CS3), upgrade to Leopard.

I've been using CS3 on leopard for a few weeks now, indesign, illustrator and photoshop and flash work fine, haven't really *tested* anything else from the cs3 suite thought.

I know some here have already recieved Leopard and are now using them (islayer you come to mind ), and I was wondering if they have yet had a chance to see how CS3 (That is if they have CS3) is working under leopard?
From what I have seen so far from this threads links and other sites, Photoshop CS2 and CS3 seems to be installing at least under Leopard. I have the Master collection so I will have many apps that may not work though.
Cheers...

I too am waiting to hear what's happening after clean installs.
Hopefully Apple has fixed things from their side. Which would be awesome.

From macintouch.com
"Application Compatibility
Does Photoshop require an update to run on Leopard?
No. Adobe Photoshop CS3 apparently works fine in testing (as does Photoshop CS and CS2).
Hot.
