Which browser in windows allows it to open?

It maybe one of the sites that IE will only open pretty much regardless as I have tried both Firefox and Camino on mac.

I just opened it with Safari no problem and no delay whatsoever, may have been down for maintenance.

That is strange it is working here now in Firefox as well.

I am having trouble with some sites slow loading for a few hours now. It may also be a web based problems somewhere as well.

When I tried to manually connect to the webserver itself, it wasn't responding, so I'd say the site was down when you asked your question.
