Difference between Mac OS X 10.4.10 Update v1.1 (Intel) & Mac OS X 10.4.10 Combo

Can anyone tell me what is the different between the :

Mac OS X 10.4.10 Update v1.1 (Intel)
&
Mac OS X 10.4.10 Combo Update v1.1 (Intel)

One is 72 mb and other one is 297.2 mb

I just bought my Macbook last week. Do i need to upgrade it ? if so which one i choose ? do they show up in the "software update" in the apple icon ?

The first is a point update from 10.4.9 ONLY.

The second will update any version of 10.4, from 10.4.0 to .9.

Whatever shows up in Software Update should be fine.
