VLC won't open..
Hi all, good morning

A few weeks ago I noticed that on my ibook, VLC wouldn't open - the dock icon just bounced for about 30 seconds then stopped bouncing.

Now I have a Macbook, and I downloaded the latest intel release (from : http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-macosx.html) and I have exactly the same problem.

Anyone know what's going on ?

Have you deleted the videolan perference file?

Thanks Purana, just ran the 'delete prefs' script in the .dmg which did the trick
