URL management app?

I'm looking for some super-funked URL app.

Something that can grab the URL from the page I'm viewing, or from a link, or manually entered, and then add a text comment to it.

SO I could be surfing the webs and find a page I want to go back to later, so I could [this.app] it and type a bried (or longer) description or note and move on. Then I could come back to it later, read the description and go view the page in my leisure.

And if it integrates with Quicksilver it'd be great.

Does anyone know of such an app? I've seen various URL savers, but none that seem to offer notes as well...

If it doesn't exist, do any of you cocoaheads know if it would be difficult?

Cheers,
el gringo

I used to love URL Manager Pro, but it sucked on OSX because it relied on haxies.

These days, I love BookDog for full-on bookmark harvesting & management.

If you're just wanting a handy place to hang interesting URLs until you get around to browsing them, have a look at URLwell

thanks for the advices, folks. I'll look into them.
I'm looking for temporary bookmark management really.. Just things to come back to later, with notes.
I want to be able to sort by date, or maybe parse my notes for phrases or whatever.

So, I can be browsing the IncaNet (the 'Late Horizon' superhighway), and find an interesting article on, say, URL Managements apps, but I don't have time to read it. So I quickly use some funky Quicksilver action to record it, write a quick note 'URL management' and go back to work before my boss catches me.
Later I can come back to my list, sort by date, or search for URL in the notes or whatever.
This could also be useful for collecting info for writing articles, et-cetera.
