Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere...

So... I was a looser at work today renaming and moving mailboxes in apple mail. Big mistake - I managed to delete my entire jobs folder (no backups) for the last 8 months.

Anyway, I have managed to recover the mbox files using data rescue II, however I am having no luck importing the mailboxes back into apple mail. I choose the specific folder that the mbox files are stored in, choose recover, tick all the files in the import window and click ok. I do not get any error messages, only "imported mailboxes will appear in the "Import" folder" - which they don't!

The recoverd .mbox files dont seem to appear as folders like the other local (intact) mbox files - which are folders that expand to show the individual email files... I have opened some in texedit and the email message data is intact.

Anyone know how I can fix this???
