A while back I put a whole lot of adresses etc into a computer running 10.3.3. Then dragged that address book to a computer running 10.2.8.
Now, on the computer running 10.2.8 the address book won't launch when clicking on the application. All of the information appears to be the same on both computers & can't figure out why it won't launch.
Recently got a new computer running 10.3.7 & transferred all information from the older computer. The address book launches on the new computer complete with all the information.
Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried via the preference and click on vCard and select version 2.1 and the export all your vCards and try to open it via the Jag adress book, maybe it will work, but I'm not sure..!!!but still you have nothing to lose to try it :P

When you say 'dragged' to another computer. It happens that dragging sometimes only creates an alias of the file/application and of course you are then unable to open it on another machine.

Hold down the option key whilst dragging may give a better result.
