Question managed user accounts

Does anyone know, when you have managed user accounts you can set up parental controls on i-chat so that the user can only chat to whomever you've got on the list.
Is it possible to do the same for MSN messenger?

I don't think it's possible unless MSN messenger comes with parental controls itself, or a program that has such controls. All I know is that Adium has a privacy setting to allow only contacts on the contact list to contact the person. That's easily switched off though.
