If you are not already aware of it, the
Musings from Mars web pages are essential reading for Mac OS software addicts.
Musings From Mars home page is
http://www.musingsfrommars.org/
The operator of this web page tests a lot of Mac OS software (usually freeware or reltively low cost) and gives an opinion on its use. Going through the Musing on Mars lists I have found some excellent stuff/software that I was previously did not know existed ... & I am that type of user being ex PC that is addicted to add-ons & utilities. ;-)
An example of this is;
QuickAccessCM which I have immediately found useful - it puts short cuts/direct access to specified folders/files via the contextual menu.
For QuickAcessCM see
http://www.abracode.com/free/cmworks...ck_access.html
One part of this web page I really find interesting is a list of software/functions that the web operator thinks should be in Leopard - he is testing development versions of Leopard - you will see when he locates this function within the Leopard OS or it appears in the latest version he crosses out that software/function from the list.
For this list have a look at;

and then go further to explore a very interesting web page - you can put chunks of this web page on your RSS feed if you so wish
