Need ID on an app (Menu bar on click/key press)

Looking for an App that allows you to assign a keyboard shortcut (or combine a key modifier with right click) and bring up the Apple Bar menu (File, Edit, View etc.) as a popup context menu (like when you right click on something and you get that popup menu).

I remember coming across this but have no idea what it was called or whether it was part of some other program.

Reason I ask is that I use Menufela to hide my Menu bar and I run dual display with the fall off edge at the top where the Apple menu is/was. This makes it difficult to get the Apple menu to popup when I want it to as I only have one or two pixels of precision to make this happen.

I could assign a keyboard shortcut to show/hide the menu but would prefer it to be at my fingertips as I hate having to scroll the mouse around from my second desktop back to the first to get something from the menu.

Hope it all makes sense

Control - F2 will select/deselect the menu bar starting with the Apple Menu. Just use the arrow keys to navigate up/down the individual menus or side to side before you have gone down one.

Hope that helps.

Also Control - F3 will select the dock in a similar fashion.

Helps a little, but is a bit of a pain as I need to press FN + CTRL + F2. Which is awkward again Cheers. Still hoping for the right click or customisable shortcut context menu.

Perhaps FinderPop would do as you wish:

Nah, I'm after the items in the Menu bar. File, Edit, View, Bookmarks, Tools, etc. etc. and nothing else.

That seems to give me a customisable menu system (which I did want once upon a time, but I find Quicksilver/Butler is a faster way of getting to programs/folders/files)

Unless it's in there somewhere and I can't find it? I'll keep looking. Cheers.
