demo expired - want to demo it again!
Howdy all,
I was running a program and now the demo has expired.
I uninstalled the prog thinking I could install again and run it demo mode again
as I have not fully tried it out.
would there be any files left over after the uninstall that I need to look for and delete
so I can then install the prog again? Where should I be looking?

but does not pick up all the files that are part of the prog
unless you know what the file name is  |

Did you try Appzapper instead? Chances are the program has a hidden preference file in the main library folder.

You might need to delete the .plist file of your program.
Do a qucik search Spotlight "Label plist".

couldn't be arsed going through re demoing each time
when I could get it just for $10 eh!!!!!!! |

Once I read about some trick where you could set your clock and date 2 years ahead, then install any trialware - and thus upon resetting the normal time, you get a 2 year expiration date.
But that's irrelevant to what you want to do, as you just want to erase the comp's memory of the program and reinstall, plus I heard it doesn't work for every piece of trialware.
