This has probably been asked before but how do I hide or put the icon for my HD somewhere out of site? It sort of annoys me to have this little icon in the top right hand corner all the time. I don't see why I can't move it somewhere out of site.

Finder > Preferences - Turn off "Hard Disks" under "Show these items on the desktop"
