I'm not sure how accurate this is buri was told by a Telstra shop at lunch that from sept they will only be able to sell the 8 gb model outright.

It's the last.fm app to scrobble music to last.fm, you can get it here: Last.fm ? The Social Music Revolution
Personally, I find it bloatware and horrible to use, and prefer this: iScrobbler ? Group at Last.fm

LastFM. It's a music based social site. It 'scrobbles' songs when you play them on your computer and uploads your listening records to the site. Then finds people who have similar music tastes.
I used it for a while but the iTunes plugin that went with it started making iTunes run horribly slow so I stopped.
