Just wondering if the PowerMac G4 733 up to the 933 model support 1GB DIMMs?

Probably not - and where the hell did you get some 1GB SDRAM modules from? :P

If it's a Quicksilver machine, you're limited to 1536MB total RAM - or, 3 x 512MB doubled-sided modules. Some machines do take higher RAM capacities than what is specified by Apple - but in this case, I'd say it's 512MB modules and below - Googling around I can't find any Quicksilver machine that take a 1GB module.

eBay has a few 1GB DIMMs, but they're 200-pin anyways.
But yeah, SD-RAM is too expensive, $110 for Generic 512MB? Damned economies of scale..
