Lightbulb movies to my itouch

how is this done??? other than buying a movie from the itunes site what else or where else can I get a program that will covert to mp4 format?

I did hear that something called 'coco' works but you have to pay for it, is there something free that I download from the net?

Anyway in a nutshell:
convert movies to ipod format in Handbrake
Enable "Manually manage music" in itunes for the connected ipod touch.
Drag it from your desktop, into the itunes left column onto the ipod listed under device.

Handbrake is ok. VisualHub is best for converting AVI to mp4. However it is no longer supported but I'm sure a torrent of it exits somewhere.
