Is this guy for real, this mean I could get 4GB shipped to aus for under $100. His feedback rating is huge too.
I've purchased memory from fastmemoryman and been totally satisfied on each occasion - last transaction took a while to come through though - hence not-so-fast-memoryman would be a more appropriate moniker

OWC ram

Just looked at the OWC site

4.0GB Kit (2.0GB+2.0GB) PC2-6400 DDR2 800... (6400DDR2S4MP) at OWC

THis looks pretty good, and they offer an easy $20 for the old ram.

Any comments

The link you provided was *not* for SO-DIMM RAM.

Look here for a picture of a SO-DIMM.

I bought some recently from ClockWork (2x 2GB 800MHz PC6400 SO-DIMM for $154 incl. Registered Post) - no issues at all.

That sounds awesome. When I finish paying mum back for my new Mac, I think I'll seriously consider grabbing 2 x 2GB and upgrading this bad boy to 4gb,

+1 for OWC.

Ordered on Friday morning EST once and RAM on my front door before 9am EST following Monday.

Bought dozens of RAM from them before, never a DOA.
