New RAM iMac @ 667MHz or wait for faster RAM ?

Hi everyone. Really looking forward to getting my new iMac 24" when Leopard comes out.

The RAM available now runs @667HMZ BUT the new iMac has a 800MHz system bus.

(1GB (one SO-DIMM) of PC2-5300 (667MHz) DDR2 memory)

Would it be better to only order the iMac with 1GB of RAM,
then purchase faster RAM when it becomes available,
OR would this not make much difference to the system running speed ?

Thanks for your input in advance!

Mark

Just buy now. There is no guarantee faster ram would be supported anyway. Wont make much difference in the end.

Yeah I've never found there to be a major difference in performance from jumping up a bus speed ever you will get much better real world results just doubling your RAM than a 15% bus speed increase could ever deliver.
