Personally, I like the extra button on the side to use Expose with. I can't live without it!
However, when using the one button mouse, I feel like I get things done faster. Wether I actually work faster is another matter :P
I like how it's default on every Mac. You don't get app designers hiding stuff in silly context menus, making everything readily available in the menu bar or in the app itself. I wouldn't go including two button mice with the Mac.
So how do you feel towards the mouse?

I like a 2 button mouse - it's not always convenient to use your other hand to hit ctrl.
Another thing I'd really like to see is a scroll wheel on an Apple mouse.

I don't like it. I use it, but I don't like it. I would like to see an apple two button mouse, not 'macmice' mouse but a proper apple designed (they really are a little more well refined) two button mouse.
Let's face it two buttons are better than one, but I will only use apple hardware, I'm new to the whole apple experience and I'm jumping in boots and all! :P
Edit: Oh yeah, and throw in a scroll wheel too, why not?

I love the one button mouse. I don't use it on the G5 as it can hardly compete against a Logitech MX 1000 but I use it on my laptop. It's great because you can press it with your whole hand and feels very relaxing every time I switch to it from the MX 1000.

Not a big fan, If I have to use a mouse, then its usually a microsoft mouse. but I mainly use the trackpad most of the time.
With Sidetrack installed I really have no problems, because that takes care of not having a scrollwheel.

I'm fine with one button but can we have a scroll wheel please? that would make me happy.

I must say that I love the one-button mouse. I'm totally hardcore about it, I can live with the complete minimalism - I don't need a scroll wheel or extra buttons for expose. Once you learn the keyboard shortcuts, things become so much speedier you won't ever miss that extra button.

Never actually used the one button mouse, but I love the one button trackpad.
I think that the one button mouse makes software developers design better GUIs, which is a vital component of the whole Mac experience.

I use a Microsoft Notebook Optical Mouse (a freebie from MS) with my PowerBook and bought a Logitech Cordless Optical Duo for my G3 as I couldn't face the pebble mouse and the small keyboard (both have since grown on me). To be honest I never really considered a two button mouse before those two and was happy with the one button set up on my iMac and Performa. Now I find the one button mouse a little strange to use. I don't object to it, and I like to consider it another point that differentiates us from our poor, PC brethren.

Depends really. In OS 9 and below, i LOVE it. Its great for those OS's. But in OS X, i really, really, really do prefer my 2 Button mouse with the scroll wheel. Its so much better.

2-button mouse.
Apple Pro Mouse has poor tracking but excellent density (for lack of a better word and grip). The force necessary for a click is perfect as well.
MS Optical Mouse (2 buttons with scroll wheel), which is what I currently use, is ergonimically poor. It's difficult to get a good grip. Great tracking though.

I absolutely love my OptiGlow Mini 3-button mouse, but the 1 button mouse is very innovative. So is the trackpad, (although sometimes freezes on me) lol :P
Couldnt live without a two-button mouse in osx!
