How can the speakers in an iMac G3 be removed? I was replacing the hard drive and a screw has become trapped under one of the speakers. The only way to retrieve it is to take out the speaker. I can't work out how to do it. Any ideas? Thanks

Obviously, you are already inside your iMac. The following attachment should help.

I'm in the same boat here. I am trying to remove some iMac G3 speakers but I can't seem to get them loose. The disassembly manual is pretty vague in how to remove them. It just states to jiggle them from side to side. I have done this, but they don't seem to be budging.

The speakers are the ones from the slot loading iMacs.
