Actually that's a SO-DIMM (laptop size) rather than the DIMM size that the new mini uses. Close but no cigar.

Actually, the new mini uses SO-DIMM unlike the older PPC model.

I can't see "SO-DIMM" anywhere in the Mini's specs. Have I missed something? The MacBook Pro definitely states SO-DIMM so p99 you might have been right in the first place.
