I was playing with a 17" iMac and FrontRow tonight and it seems that the 'back' button on the remote also makes Altec Lansing speakers with IR remotes drop in volume by 25%! So, a few clicks back and the speakers are on mute. I guess someone is going to have to change the transmission keys on their remotes!
