Default Mail not replying with previous text

This seems to be happening randomly and its really annoying. When i click reply, Mail is only copying some of the text from the previous email. Sometimes if i double click the email and then hit reply this solves it but that is just an extra step that shouldnt need to be done

Could it be buggy?
Or have i just "unticked" something?

Cheers

In the Mail preferences, under Composing, at the bottom there is an option for including all of the message if nothing is selected, or part of the message if something is selected. Or to just include the whole message anyway. Try adjusting that so it always includes the whole message.
