hrm and I was thinking it was a problem with them being too low. The other problem is my iMac here at work constantly 'sags' and i have to re-adjust it at least 4-5 times a day. General vibrations in the office (timber floors) cause the thing to slowly sag forwards.

That, and if i use the iSight you get from my lips down. i have to really slouch in my chair to actually frame my face.

I dislike yellowpages under any screen, so i suffer. OH&S with or without the phone books. can't win!

I actually love the design of the current iMac (chin included). The only thing it needs is a stand that will swivel in all directions.

I'm with Bart & co -- the iMac 2002 is the single-most beautiful piece of desktop computing equipment Apple has ever put out. The flatscreen iMacs are dull and unimaginative by comparison, and yes, the chin truly sucks. The fixed height of the screen is also a major PITA.

I'd sooner buy a HP TouchSmart IQ770, to be honest.

Problem is that the older style iMac is a huge hassle to work on or ship, so I'd say the chances of it coming back are virtually zero.
